Apply a Discount Code After Your Order

Have you received a discount code but were unable to use it when placing your order? Using this form, you can submit a request after you have received your order and invoice to have the discount reviewed and applied retrospectively.

We will assess your request based on the terms and conditions of the discount. If your request meets these conditions, we will apply the discount accordingly.

Have you already paid the invoice? In that case, we will credit the discount amount and refund it to the payment method you used within 3–5 business days.
